Can you imagine - CAST IRON WALLS now that is some serious siding!!! Personally, I think it is easily worth three times this ammount and could easily bring $300,000 as that is less than the cost of a nice cottage on the smallest possible waterfront lot... What a cool place to go for a vacation cottage!!! Or... as a hideaway, hard to beat. What great fun it would be to organize, furnish, stock and make it PREPARED for storms and such! If I had the money I could easily have it as my second home and use it frequently for my reading, writing and research; which is most of what I do! :) I look forward to seeing how high it goes and hopefully to who buys it!
