My wife and I are regular visitors to Sussex County, Delaware. We enjoy the sites - the obvious ones (the beaches, ocean, and scenic views) as well as the not-so-obvious ones (your beautiful state parks, as well as some of the commercial sites to see) - as well as the people.
Over the last six years, I have gotten to know Jody Hudson, owner of this blog site. He tripped over me on another website, took me in on his discussion board, and the rest is history. We met in person for the first time in 2002, and have seen him every year since (except this year, due to my wife’s health).
For anyone looking to invest in property in southern Delaware, Jody IS the man to see. He has been doing this for over 30 years, and if you go to his website and read his biography, you will read about some of the, uh, more interesting properties he has sold. He deals online mainly, but always makes himself available to meet with a client. Best of all, he deals with his clients squarely. Not because he has to, but because that’s what kind of person Jody is. Ethics are one of the highest standards in the real estate business, and I feel Jody holds to the higest of these high standards.
